I dedicate much of my time and energy to advising and mentoring the brightest business upstarts I can find. As a proud member of the TedX council I am thankful that this organization allows me to learn from and contribute to the up and coming leaders of the world.
Recently we hosted the first TEDxGlobalDay, a one day initiative meant to prove that local action can spark global conversations. More than 5,000 TEDxers from 230 cities in 76 countries proved just that. This year’s teams participated in various ways, including helping with hurricane relief, visiting local orphanages to deliver supplies and finding educating their community about mental health issues.
